Younger Adults Comprise Big Portion of Coronavirus Hospitalizations in U.S.
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/18/health/coronavirus-young-people.html

New C.D.C. data showed that nearly 40 percent of patients sick enough to be hospitalized were aged 20 to 54. But the risk of dying was significantly higher in older people.

American adults of all ages — not just those in their 70s, 80s and 90s — are being seriously sickened by the coronavirus, according to a report on nearly 2,500 of the first recorded cases in the United States.

The report, issued Wednesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, found that — as in other countries — the oldest patients had the greatest likelihood of dying and of being hospitalized. But of the 508 patients known to have been hospitalized, 38 percent were notably younger — between 20 and 54. And nearly half of the 121 patients who were admitted to intensive care units were adults under 65, the C.D.C. reported. ---CONTINUED---

Cops break up 47-person apartment party. ‘This is not a game,’ Murphy says
https://www.nj.com/news/2020/03/cops-break-up-another-party-this-is-not-a-game-murphy-says.html

Police in Ewing broke up a party in an apartment Friday night that violated a lockdown imposed a week ago by Gov. Phil Murphy to stem the spread of the coronavirus.

Officers responded to an anonymous call at 11:44 p.m. and found 47 people and a DJ crammed into a 550-square-foot apartment, according to a Tweet Saturday by Murphy and a statement from Ewing Police. ---CONTINUED---

The coronavirus pandemic could completely derail the careers of Gen Z — and they might end up a lot like older millennials

The generation that will feel the brunt of an economic downturn is Generation Z, most of whom have yet to even graduate from high school. According to the Pew Research Center, Gen Zers are between the ages of 7 and 22 this year.

The oldest of Gen Z have already spoken out about their canceled job interviews and internship opportunities amid social distancing policies necessitated by the pandemic, as colleges move online and graduations are postponed across the nation. ---CONTINUED---

Why do some young people die of coronavirus?
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/09/why-do-some-young-people-die-of-coronavirus-covid-19-genes-viral-load

It remains one of the biggest puzzles of the Covid-19 pandemic. The disease generally causes serious problems only in older people or those with underlying health problems. But occasionally it strikes down young, apparently fit individuals, including medical staff exposed to patients with the virus. ---CONTINUED---

It seems that very young children are coming down with some type of disease known as the Kawasaki disease that have killed several children and has hospitalized many others, researchers believe it may be linked to the coronavirus:

This latest study, that your link discusses, shows results not much different than other studies I have seen. While we are still talking about 1 case in 10,000 vaccinations, it is worth thinking over, since the virus, itself doesn't seem to be much riskier. And, as your other post points out, the immunity is much stronger after recovering from the virus.
