Here are the sites I've ordered things from in the past and I've had pretty good luck with all of them.

For bulk grains, I've used:
Honeyville - https://honeyville.com
IFS Bulk - https://www.ifsbulk.com/

For #10 cans and pouches, I've used:

The ReadyStore - https://www.thereadystore.com
Nitro-Pak - https://www.nitro-pak.com
Emergency Essentials - https://www.beprepared.com
Mountain House - https://www.mountainhouse.com

The few times I received dented cans I've always had prompt and satisfactory resolution of the problem (new cans sent out with no problem after showing proof of damage.) This has happened with 3 of the 4 stores I've bought #10 cans from...not their fault that most shippers don't handle packages with care anymore.

Do you have to send the dented cans back, or do you get to keep them?

Mountain House said to keep the dented cans. Everyone else asked that I donate them to a local food pantry or the local scout troop.

Here are some government websites that recommend some items, I think it should be a lot more, but this is the government:

Red Cross recommendations, I think it's too little stock:
