PA Gun Laws

There was an article in the city paper today (Johnstown Tribune-Democrat) about, "Pot creates dilemma for gun owners." It states in part:
"People who obtain medical marijuana through the state's program launched in 2016 CAN'T buy or possess firearms, a prosecutor told lawmakers on Monday."
"Any gun-buyer who fails to disclose that they are using medical marijuana would be breaking state and federal law, said Lebanon County District Attorney Dave Arnold."
Now the state representatives are running in panic on what to do.
Not only is it a federal offense to use marijuana for recreational use, in any state, even if the state legalized it, it is a federal crime to buy, try to buy or possess a firearm.
Now what do you do.
