Shotgun Ammunition

Now that you have purchased the shotgun you wanted for home defense, now what type of shotgun ammunition do you need? All depends what you want and where you live. If you live in the country, you can use just about any type of shotgun shell, but if you live in the city and your neighbor's house is only feet away, you don't want the pellets to penetrate their home and injure or kill them.

OK, does anyone know what frangible buckshot/slugs are? I didn't until I started reading up on them.

They are buckshot/slugs that actually brake apart once they hit something solid. These type of shotgun rounds are good if you live in the city or urban area that apartments or homes are only feet apart. Here's a better explanation of them:

luckygunner.com still has 00 buck for sale, 10 rounds/15.00. It's harder to get these, so stock up if you can. I got more then enough, but I bought more.

Here's another company that lists companies that carry 00 buck, they also list companies that carry all types of ammo.

I check .45, .223, 9mm, .22, and there's companies on their list that carry all this ammo.

The article requires registration to access.

I won't cooperate because they are part of the Deep State machinery, so, I have to guess this is talking about the US running out of ammunition and the Louisiana plant that seems to still be off line.

This is what is known in the old school military as a "LimFac." Never get into a fight, without knowing your Limiting Factors.
