It is clearly an infomercial. Or rather, three of them.
That doesn't mean he is wrong, however.

Most of what he is saying is true, but I notice he never gets around to saying what is happening in Brazil. I took a quick look, and cannot see what is (really) happening there, either. I have been predicting that the inflation rate will jump in 2021 (how high depends on politics), so I am in agreement with what he says.
