China - Russia Relations

China and Russia have become best of friends in order to take down the E.U. and the U.S. over sanctions:

With Russia stable and their economy growing, and with Biden/Harris/Rice Administration running the country, the US no longer has the clout to deal with these problems.

This sounds like crow bait joe and the oil companies. Russia and China sign a technical agreement on a pipe line to be built from far east Russia to China. This while cutting flow to Europe, let the good times roll as trouble is brewing everywhere on oil, gas, etc.. People are going to get awful cold this winter:

I keep hearing that sanctions failed, and sanctions only hurt us and Europe.

The truth is, the reason sanctions backfired is they were only half implemented, and once implemented, set to take affect months later. We really didn't sanction much at all, if you are talking about action.

That and allowing, over the past two dozen years, Europe to become dependent on Russia for a large portion of its oil, are coming back to haunt everyone in the West.

And, BTW, Europe is dependent on Ukraine (especially the Dunbas region) for a significant portion of its energy and food.

As for the relationship with China, China has an appetite for lots of oil, gas, and coal (from the Dunbas). And we will finance China's purchase of those products, by being dependent on China for our stuff. Especially chemicals, electronics and pharmaceuticals.

China to send troops to Russia for join training exercises, along with other countries. Hmmmmmm, will they end up along the Ukraine border?
