Do ya know when to plant your garlic, how about when to harvest it?

I also plant mine in the fall, 2nd week of October and pull it the 2nd week of July, always works for me.

I plant some elephant garlic, about 24 cloves, they're more for show, but we use them just like regular garlic.

Ya plant elephant garlic the same as regular garlic except for ya plant them deeper and further apart, since they get so big.
