Image It’s been a while since I reviewed a prepackaged freeze dried food so I decided to be adventurous and try Backpacker’s Pantry Pad Thai. It is a vegetarian noodle dish, and the family elected to eat other foods so I was the only one who tried it. I was a little “iffy” about the dish at first, but since it was so easy to prepare I figured, “Why not?”
