Composition C-4 Missing Empty Composition C-4 Missing

Approximately 10 pounds of the high explosive known as C-4 is missing from the Marine Corps Base at Twenty Nine Palms, Kilifornia.

If somebody took it, they have plans for a big boom, maybe attach it to a drone with a timer, man that would change some peoples thinking in a hurry:
