Show of hands how many people think this collapse was man made ???

Rumor has it that their were people from Israel living there ( I will do some digging to try and verify that )... So was it a hit / terrorist attack ??

No. I honestly think it's entirely possible and likely its a combination of engineering, human and environmental errors and causes.

Agree, they say that it's been sinking 2ml/year for the past 30 years. You think in 30 years they would have done something, now they don't have too, just get sued.

Now that is an interesting theory and a lot of Jewish folk call FL home or their second home.

Admittedly haven't read much on the story but did note that Jared and Ivanka own a condo a short distance away. Market value of these units was $600-$700k. Not super high end.

Update-some speculation that McAfee owned a condo in that complex. REALLY can't make this stuff up.

If i learned anything from all the BS that has been going on over the past 2 years is if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck its a Duck...

After watching the video a number of times it looks like a controlled drop it looks like it started in the middle and went straight down, just like the world trade centers ,But i am not a demolition expert...

I found the source of the McAfee rumor.

Seems someone attempted to retweet a post by McAfee saying his kill switch that contains several TB of data was stored in his condo.

Retweet was an obvious photoshop showing a much younger McAfee posting this just 2 weeks ago.

McAfee likely had a kill switch so a data dump is possible.

There's an article in the farmers almanac about sinking land, it's starts on page 80, here's part of the read:

"54% of sea level rise around Norfolk, Virginia is due to sinking land. Intense development and high rise construction are causing large segments of Miami-Dade County in southern Florida to sink by as much as 2 inches annually."

I believe one of the reports said the condo was sinking inches a year.

Well, the amount was a fraction of an inch per year, but was "inches" total.
You don't have to sink a concrete structure very much, especially once the concrete cracks, and exposes the rebar to corrosion, to get it to collapse. Plus, I heard that some pipes had burst, adding several tones of water weight to the structure.
