Two passenger jet planes parked side by side by side at an airport just outside of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

One clearly marked NATO on the tail but no N# that I could see. The other appeared to have it's N# blacked out on the tail, no other markings that I could see but one was taken at dusk, the other at night.

The link shows UN planes, not NATO, but most people aren't going to know the difference.

NATO planes should be expected to come and go, on occasion, since Canada is a NATO member, but tail numbers shouldn't be blacked out.
