I remember, not too many years ago, the police use to use high pressure hoses on top of tanker trucks to break up the mobs. I think they called it corporal punishment so they quit using it.

I say get those tanker helicopters that spray water on forest fires and use them, just fill them with tear gas Laugh Animated

99% of the civil unrest are in demanrat cities and they just don't care what the young do. Just look at Chicago, the new elect mayor is worst then the out going mayor. And I don't see it getting any better in those cities.

I agree with the tanker trucks and maybe a good whooping with a green stick might work also. Things are out of control and will only get worse.. Just a prediction I look for these things to start happening in the smaller towns soon.. Stay Safe
