Onion Pie Recipe

Now I know almost everybody has eaten fried potatoes with onions and eggs in the morning or for brunch. But, here's a recipe for onion pie that includes onions, potatoes, hard boiled eggs and apples, yes apples. My wife baked one yesterday for me, although I was skeptic about the apple part, so was she, it was delicious.     Here's the video and instructions on how to make it:
