Ban on 30 Round Mags Overturned

A federal judge overturned a 2000 ban and amended in 2016 on high capacity round magazines in California.

It's my opinion this ruling is sure to affect every liberal state that has or will ban such magazines:

As a new York resident (behind enemy lines) I applaud this decision. This is excellent!!

Well, I forgot that the state AG could appeal the ruling of the court, and they did. Well, the end result is the ruling stands.

Now the only way the AG will win is if they appeal to the U.S. Supreme court:

This is like a crack has formed in the cement galoshes that the Leftists in our government poured onto our feet. Now, if we can get about 100 more unconstitutional restrictions (aka, infringements) overturned...

Everything is at stake in this next election. Everything. That is why the Left is so eager to go with mail in ballots. They need all of the fraud they can muster to try to steal this election. We should assume that, in any district where they use mail in ballots, a large portion of the votes for any Demoncrat will be fraudulent.

I have been told it helps if you have friends that live in other states that you can have them shipped to your friends and then forwarded.
