Flu season 2019-2020

The flu season may not have officially started in the United States, but those who choose what to put in this winter's Flu vaccine are already studying the emerging strains.

In fact, they are already late on making the final decision, so the vaccine may come out late this year.

Thanks for the heads-up. I usually rely on the school I work at to have a flu clinic for staff, but I may need to go to my primary care office for one this year.

Well, despite prior indications that the flu vaccine may be late coming out this year, I saw a sign that it is already available at one of the clinics not far from me.

(I assume that it is this year's vaccine. LoL )

While there is a lot of various stuff in this article, one of the main things I found is that some old advice to take it easy for a few weeks after having the flu is good advice. Too many of us, as soon as we are back on our feet, feel that we have to go out and make up for time lost.
