Homemade Honey Butter
Last night my wife threw in a bag of plain popcorn, I always put melted butter over mine. Well, she made homemade honey butter and it was tasty. This morning I made pancakes and put that honey butter over them, great tasting. Here's how she made it:
12 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted, it doesn't matter and 8 tablespoons of honey, melt it in the microwave or on the stove. (2/3 butter to 1/3 honey).
Any left over, just put in the refrigerator and use as a spread or heat it up and use it another day.
You can use it over your popcorn, waffles, pancakes, toast, anything you want. Try it, I'll bet you love it.
