Think Oat Milk would be cheaper than trying to store powdered milk? I've been using oat milk lately and never thought about just making it when TSHTF. I have bulk oat stored!!! WooHoo https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/homemade-oat-milk-5234180
