Everywhere that Illegal Aliens are concentrated, they have already had an epidemic or two. Outside of there, vaccination rates are above 90%, which is enough to keep it from doing much spreading.

Either way, whether by people refusing the vaccine and getting infected, or by getting the vaccine, most of America will sustain herd immunity.
