Weaponizing the weather

In the past couple of years we have had floods, winds and now a snowstorm is predicted for CO.

The weather has destroyed crops and farmland. It just seems like the hits just keep coming..

So my tin foil hat question is this;

Whats the chances of somebody using the weather as a weapon and maybe it has gotten just a little bit out of control kinda like the covid 19 did ???

Once the genie is out of the bottle almost impossible to put it back

I can buy into a lot of ideas but weather and climate is really dynamic I don't really get behind this idea too much.

Pretty slim. While from a layman's point of view, the power output of that array is fairly impressive, on the scale of what a thunderstorm produces, it would be like trying to affect the temperature of something on your stove, by shining a flashlight at it.

HAARP was designed as a measuring device. I used to run a tactical version of it, while I was in the AF. We needed constant updates to know what frequencies would work for HF (shortwave) radios.
